The Pinot Gris Göllebour 2025 from Caves Berna comes from the Ahn Göllebour site on the Luxembourg Moselle. Ahn is shaped by steep slopes, small parcels, and classic Moselle grape varieties, and wines from here often show freshness, elegance, and a mineral line. Göllebour sits on limestone soils that give the wine tension and a fresh structure. Aging in stainless steel preserves the pure fruit and keeps the style clean and direct. In the glass, it shows aromas of pear, yellow apple, apricot, and quince. On the palate it is dry, fresh, and rounded, with 7 g/l residual sugar and 13 percent alcohol giving it good balance. An elegant Luxembourg Pinot Gris for many occasions.
