Return and Right of Withdrawal

Please note that our DegustoBoxes are individually curated and customized. For this reason, returns cannot be accepted after delivery. These are personalized products in accordance with Art. L.222-9 of the Luxembourg Consumer Protection Act, for which the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Exceptions for Damaged Deliveries

If your box arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@degusto.lu with photos of the damage. We review each case individually and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For standardized, non-personalized products (e.g. gift cards or non-customized items), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to shipments within the EU. In these cases:

  • the item must be in the same condition as you received it,

  • unused and in its original packaging,

  • and accompanied by the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds (for eligible returns)

If a return is accepted, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us again at contact@degusto.lu.
