Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial before purchase. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel such purchases.

Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you will receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the subscription period and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery will be charged unless you have paid in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, where you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or will soon become available, but is not yet ready for immediate shipment. We may not charge any payment at checkout, or we may charge a partial payment, securely store your payment method, and then process the full or remaining payment at a later date. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund.
