The Auxerrois Ahn Goellebour 2024 comes from a single parcel above the village of Ahn, where clay-rich soils give the wine its soft, creamy texture. The 15 to 20-year-old vines combine depth with fresh vitality. The grapes were hand-picked and vinified from this single site, preserving the pure identity of the Goellebour vineyard. In the cellar, fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel and lightly used barrique, adding subtle structure and fullness without overpowering the fruit. The result is a dry, balanced and fruit-driven wine with notes of stone and yellow fruit, fine texture and gentle roundness. Its organic certification (LU-BIO-05) highlights the estate’s sustainable philosophy. This Auxerrois is elegant, authentic and expressive of Ahn’s terroir, appealing to both wine connoisseurs and curious drinkers.
