Shades of Gris is a Pinot Gris of character, depth and texture, not a light everyday wine but one built on substance and structure rather than loud aromas. Made entirely from Pinot Gris and aged in a large 1,250-liter oak cask, it absorbs fewer woody notes, keeping its fruit clarity while gaining harmony and calm maturity.
