Crémant Gewürztraminer 2023 from Pauls Winery is a distinctive Luxembourg sparkling wine with its own identity. Gewürztraminer is rarely used for Crémant, which makes it appealing for those who want to discover something new. The grapes macerated on the skins for about one day, and the wine then aged 15 months on the lees, giving it depth, fine bubbles, and a creamy texture. It was disgorged with 6 grams of dosage, keeping it dry, fresh, and well balanced. Aromatically, it offers floral notes, exotic fruit, and subtle spice, making it elegant and slightly more playful than classic Crémants.
