Der Pinot Noir Rosé der Domaine Stronck-Pinnel zeigt eine Stilistik, die bewusst auf Authentizität setzt: geradlinig, ursprünglich und geprägt von echter Handarbeit. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und sorgfältig selektioniert, bevor sie für 12 Stunden in Maischestandzeit ruhen. Dieser etwas intensivere Kontakt zwischen Saft und Schale schenkt dem Rosé seine markante, leuchtende Farbe, die ihn optisch deutlich von zarteren Rosés abhebt.

Die Vergärung im Edelstahltank bewahrt die reine Frucht und verleiht dem Wein Klarheit und Frische.
