Chardonnay - Göllebour

In the shell limestone vineyard of Göllebour grows a distinctive Chardonnay whose 20-year-old vines root deeply, giving the wine structure and tension. After harvest, the grapes were carefully destemmed and left on skins for 14 hours to enhance depth and texture. Fermentation occurred naturally in a 500-liter oak barrel using indigenous yeasts, creating authentic complexity and individuality. Eight months of barrel aging added subtle wood tones and harmonious depth without masking freshness. The result is a Chardonnay of clear minerality, elegant balance and refined oak support.
