The Crémant Signature is the estate’s most refined line, intentionally distinct from classic Crémant de Luxembourg. Extended lees aging gives it a creamy texture, fine bubbles and complex maturity with notes of brioche, nuts and light oxidation reminiscent of Champagne. This style was created by Lisa’s father, aiming for a richer, more characterful cuvée, visually emphasized by a unique bottle shape. Crémant represents about half of total production, with Signature as its centerpiece. The blend is adjusted annually depending on the base wines yet remains defined by intensity, ripeness, structure and long finish. The estate disgorges in small batches to preserve freshness while maintaining the ideal maturity. Signature embodies precise craftsmanship, patience and dedication to quality throughout the winemaking process.
