Pinot Noir - Privilège

Corinne speaks of her 2019 Pinot Noir Barrique with pride, describing it as youthful yet already well balanced and full of promise. The wine comes from two local parcels that reflect an honest terroir typical of the region. It was fermented in stainless steel, left on skins for two to three weeks, and then aged in various barriques, including for the first time Luxembourg oak. This slow-growing wood with tighter grain limits oxygen exchange, bringing refined structure and balance. The result is a dense yet elegant Pinot Noir with aromas of red fruit, spice and subtle smokiness. It shows power without heaviness and a silky texture. Versatile at the table, it pairs beautifully with rich dishes such as braised meats or can be enjoyed on its own in winter.
