Riesling Ehnen Kelterberg 2020

This Riesling from Domaine Häremillen presents a pale yellow color with a clear, luminous structure. On the nose, it reveals an intense and complex aromatic profile: citrus fruits, white and tropical fruits blend with delicate notes of smoke, honey, jasmine, pepper, mint, chalk, and a hint of petrol.

On the palate, the wine is dry, powerful, yet harmonious. Well-integrated acidity adds freshness, while creamy textures and an intense, layered body enhance the experience. Each sip reveals new nuances, culminating in a long, elegant finish lasting over ten seconds.

Its complex profile makes it a versatile companion to food: it pairs beautifully with hard cheeses, goat and blue cheeses, as well as poultry, white or fatty fish, seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes, and even fruity or creamy desserts.
