Der Auxerrois Ahn Goellebour 2024 stammt aus einer einzelnen, charaktervollen Parzelle oberhalb des Winzerdorfes Ahn. Die Lage Goellebour zeichnet sich durch tonreiche Böden aus, die dem Wein seine weiche, cremige Struktur und jenes angenehm runde Mundgefühl verleihen, das Auxerrois aus dieser Region so besonders macht. Die Reben sind 15 bis 20 Jahre alt – ein Alter, in dem sie genügend Kraft und Tiefe besitzen, aber gleichzeitig noch eine lebendige, elegante Frische bewahren.

Für diesen Jahrgang wurden die Trauben ausschließlich von Hand gelesen, um nur perfekt gereiftes Lesegut auszuwählen. Anschließend wird der Wein monoparziell vinifiziert, also vollständig aus dieser einen, klar abgegrenzten Parzelle erzeugt. Dadurch bringt der Auxerrois die Identität des Goellebour-Weinbergs besonders präzise und unverfälscht zum Ausdruck.

Im Keller setzt man auf eine Kombination aus Edelstahltank und Barrique, wobei der Holzeinsatz bewusst dezent gehalten wird. Das Barrique dient hier nicht dazu, dominante Aromen einzubringen, sondern um Struktur, Tiefe und ein etwas volleres Mundgefühl zu verleihen. Der Wein bleibt klar, frisch und typisch für seine Rebsorte – das Holz unterstützt ihn sanft, ohne sich geschmacklich in den Vordergrund zu drängen.

Im Glas präsentiert sich der Auxerrois 2024 trocken, fruchtbetont und harmonisch. Zarte Steinobst- und gelbe Fruchtnoten verbinden sich mit einer eleganten, weichen Textur und einer feinen, zurückhaltenden Struktur. Er wirkt offen, sauber und geradlinig, gleichzeitig charmant und sehr ausgewogen – ein Wein mit ruhiger Tiefe und viel Authentizität.

Unterstrichen wird dieser sorgfältige Umgang mit Weinberg und Trauben durch die BioZertifizierung (LU-BIO-05), die zeigt, dass auch im Anbau konsequent nachhaltig gearbeitet wird.
