The Crémant Esprit de Schengen Extra Brut comes from the limestone soils of the Coteaux de Schengen on the Luxembourg Moselle.
The mineral-rich terroir gives the wine a clear structure and precise acidity. The 2023 vintage was aged for 18 months on lees, resulting in a fine, creamy effervescence and stability while preserving freshness.
On the nose, apple, pear, and light stone fruit dominate, complemented by subtle oak notes from a small proportion of barrel-aged base wines.
On the palate, the wine is precise, dry, and well-structured. With a dosage of only 3 g/L, it remains elegant and highlights minerality and clarity.
The blend consists of 40% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Noir, 21% Pinot Gris, and 14% Auxerrois.
Suitable as an aperitif, with light cuisine, or festive occasions, this crémant exemplifies the precision and accessibility of Luxembourg’s crémant culture.
